1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to DeskUndo Wellness. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and related wellness experiences designed for people who spend much of the day at a desk.
By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using any DeskUndo service, you agree to these Terms and to the related privacy documentation available on this site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Account & Eligibility
To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are using DeskUndo on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- You may not impersonate another person or submit false registration information.

Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

6. Intellectual Property
DeskUndo and its related branding, software, written content, motion content, and product assets remain the property of DeskUndo or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DeskUndo if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or for the platform.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you want to close your account, you can contact support or follow any available in-app account controls.
